April Weilbacher and Ashley Williams are foodies, artists, and natives of New Braunfels, Texas.

With a mission to bring their community together through all things edible, these enthusiastic ladies are enjoying introducing world class desserts and pastries to their close-knit town. During her training at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Southern Ireland, Ashley learned the importance of using the freshest, purest ingredients. April has extensive training in fine arts and is a braising master. Whether it be a formal wedding, a casual luncheon, or an late night snack, 2tarts is there for all occasions.
