ABOUT CHERRYBERRY YOGURTS
Cherryberry's yogurt is a healthy alternative and is valued as a health food because of the benefits of the live and active cultures. "Live and Active Cultures" refer to the living organisms Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus, which convert pasteurized milk to yogurt during fermentation. This fermentation process is what creates yogurt, with its unique taste, texture and healthful attributes.
All Cherryberry yogurts contain the Live and Active Culture Seal and meet or exceed the requirements. In addition to the standard cultures all Cherryberry yogurts contain the additional live and active cultures Bifidobacterium ssp., Lactobacillus rhamnosus, and Lactobacillus casei for added probiotics.

HEALTHY LIVING
We promote healthy living through our healthy product!!
Eating yogurt everyday is very healthy for the body. For those looking to supplement their protein, calcium, and dairy, yogurt is a healthy choice. Yogurt is not just a delicious snack; it has great health benefits as well. It is an excellent source of protein, calcium, riboflavin, and vitamin B 12. When yogurt is compared to milk, yogurt contains more calcium and protein because of the added cultures in the yogurt.
Some people have trouble digesting lactose, a carbohydrate in milk and milk products, because of the deficiency of enzyme lactase in the body. Live yogurt cultures produce lactase and break down the lactose. Yogurt is a healthy way to get the calcium the body needs, for the people who cannot tolerate milk products.
Yogurt benefits the body! Many people eat yogurt for its health benefits, because yogurt is more than a delicious, nutritious food. The cultures in yogurt are considered beneficial to be present in the intestinal tract of the human body to insure proper balance needed for digestion and good health.
Yogurt with live, active cultures can:
• Help to overcome lactose intolerance
• Aid digestion of milk protein
• Help prevent and combat digestive tract infections
