Benefit Bikram Yoga -
Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute beginning yoga class that works the entire body every time. In a room heated to 105 degrees with 50% humidity, students do 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that work all the body’s major systems forcing them to work together. Students sweat, detoxify, lose weight and reshape and restructure their bodies developing strength, flexibility and balance. All kinds of chronic ailments and diseases disappear with regular practice. The class is designed so that everyone can do this yoga and enjoy dramatic change regardless of age, shape, size or health limitations.
